once a year for a general checkup, every 6 months for dental cleaning. i actually like going to the dentist, especially cleanings, i'm so used to the procedure sometimes i fall asleep lmao

Same here! Everyone else I've told thinks it's weird that I find the cleanings kind of relaxing

I just went to do my 6-month dental cleaning. No cavities but I had mostly stains from my composite fillings and they want to redo them

Because I used to have braces and they say you're supposed go every six months (for everyone)

Wait...you do mean dentist appointments specifically and not orthodontist ones, right? Because I have an orthodontist appointment every 3 weeks for my braces.

But I go to the dentist about once every 6 months just to get a deep teeth cleaning. In fact, I have an appointment in 2 weeks :P
