only once, when i witnessed a drunk guy subdueing another man. it was early sunday morning and i was the only passer-by. the victim asked me to call the police but in a panic i kept trying to call 911 instead of 112 yea i know pls dont bully me i was 14 and terrified

thankfully a police car drove by by chance and they handled it
