That was exactly me growing up. I always felt like I had to tell jokes talk nonstop so I can get people to like me. Now I honestly keep to myself and rarely initiate

I think it's a part of getting older too and learning from your experience. I'm too tired these days to try and please everyone, so i don't. And you know what, it is okay :)
