I'm not usually that interested in seeing fan art (though I think some is really nice) but if you say it was terrible I immediately want to see it

Does using MS Point to just simply crop, cut, and paste into another photo count as fan art? If so, then yes. If not, then no.

I’ve tried to draw V from BTS once since I was a fan of them back in 2016 but I definitely failed it so I gave up haha
