there was an old song back in the 80s called Jenny/867-5309, and I didn't call it per se, but apparently, there was a woman I think from Indiana who kept getting calls asking if she was Jenny... but I may be misremembering. Help me out, 80s kids!

cool! I actually found out about it through another group with a song of the same name (it was just entitled Jenny, though - no number lol)

I did from a book series called Cathy's book. It's very interacting with a folder of evidence, notes, and so much stuff.
When the books were released, you could call the numbers that were sprinkled throughout and a voice message would play from the character you were calling. I tried to call the numbers again years later and nothing happened.
