I am watching a cheesy Christmas movie and one of the locations looked really familiar and learned it was filmed in the city I live in (not sharing the name of the movie as I’d like people to not know where I live LOL)​

All local movies n TV is filmed mostly in my country.

A few US movies (not naming them) were filmed here too especially a famous landmark, but I think it's mostly forgotten.

I did meet 2 stuntmen/extras who were on same bus as me when they were on a break/after filming a movie in neighboring country where I worked/lived/sorta commuted on weekends(we were traveling between the 2 countries on a weekend-it usually takes only an hr or so + immigration wait times which sometimes was jammed up), but I hvnt watched it n it's supposedly not tat watchable depending on ur standards for watching.

that Brady Bunch special where they go to that amusement park was set in my area, but I'm not counting that bc it was a '70s show lol

but I did see a movie filmed in my dad's hometown, though - even my dad watched it, and the movie was chock full of cussing. lol
