If you don’t know them, they’re sugar coated almonds, usually colorful and looking like this:

The answer is not Jordan (probably) :lisalaugh: At least that’s believed to be the case. The most common theory is that it’s a butchering of the word jardín in French, meaning cultivated in this case. There are other theories though as to why they’re Jordan almonds.

That's interesting.
Internet says that it's believed that Jordan almonds originated in ancient Rome. Ofc, it was only honey coated, not the colorful one.
After honey, it was sugar coated. In the 1940s, Vincenzo Sconza brought it to the United States and during the years, it has changed into that colorful treat. I never saw that colorful ones before, my country only has chocolate coated ones (milk, dark and white), but it looks good.

Yeah I specifically meant the sugar coated version. I have seen the thing about them coming from a honey version before :sanapray:

Tbh, just honey and almonds sounds good, too. :pandaamazed:
I’d even go so far as to say it sounds better than sugar and almonds :haylul:
