Yes, I've gotten it but it honestly wasn't too bad. Just for clarification, I do have an autoimmune disease but I'm fairly healthy.
I hope you don't actually have it though but if you do just get plenty of rest, keep drinking good fluids, and also take some vitamins as well.
Migraine meds helped me through mine too.
