I remember having some and liking it years ago at Universal in Florida.
So naturally
I got a case of them. My baby cousin was in town and she loooves Harry Potter so I took her to the Harry Potter store here.
I just had some and I'm questioning everything. Just why???
It's butterscotch soda. Why did I think this was good?

I made some butter beer ice cream just yesterday I like it better than my first attempt in some ways and worse in some ways. I overall like it too but I was expecting pretty questionable results the first time anyways.

It’s a bit dry imo this time, but I also had to use fat free condensed milk because I can’t read The first was creamier but overly sweet (I reduced the condensed milk this time so it made the sweetness better)

I’ve had a butterbeer hot coco and it was delicious
I also make butterbeer floats at home, pour a half a glass of cream soda mix in a LOT of butterscotch ice cream syrup, few scoops of vanilla ice cream and top it off with more butterscotch. Diabetes waiting to happen but idc
