FloruitShow

福禄寿FloruitShow is a a Chinese indie band composed of triplets Du Binger, (formerly) Du Xueer, and Du Feier; who go by stage names DouDou, NieNie, and MiMi respectively. Best known for their lyrical prowess and their combination of traditional Chinese motifs and classical Western tradition, they were among the most popular bands on The Big Band 2.
Originally debuting as a pop idol trio when they were younger, they later decided after a lack of success that that wasn't what they wanted and so they quietly disbanded what was then 冰雪飞. All three studied music in university: DouDou and MiMi music composition while NieNie pursued the harp. DouDou taught music composition in a music school, MiMi joined a musical production company, NieNie joined a Beijing orchestra as a harpist. Between the newfound lack of contact between the sisters and discontent at their jobs, DouDou and MiMi quit their jobs and began a band; NieNie made the decision afterwards to join her sisters. After a one year prison term for drug smuggling, NieNie quit the band in 2021.
