Have your eating habits changed since you were little? (1 Viewer)

I used to eat quickly (unless the food was gross). If it was something I liked I was like in those cartoons where the character is shoveling food into their mouth at top speed. Even when hot, which led to many mouth burns. Now I’m eating something tasty (upgraded ramen) but I get so distracted by my phone that I’ve taken maybe 5 small bites so far. I’ll finish it in a few years maybe

Yes. I'm very careful when it comes to eating very warm products.

Yes. From ages 5-8 I barely ate anything, I would even find ways to hide uneaten food. I was quite underweight. Now I don’t have a problem eating, I find comfort in food actually. I am also more selective on ingredients now as I’m the one who cooks

Yeah, I would say I’ve become more picky because obviously as a kid when your told “You get what you get and you don’t throw a fit” you just gotta eat what you don’t really like or else you didn’t eat. Now I can afford to be picky since I can make my own food.

My high school was a big, three-story building, and even with them dividing the 2100 students into three different lunch blocks, there would still be long lines at the buffet and at the cash register, resulting in me having only 10-15 minutes to eat. I still do it to this day, and I graduated high school in 2004.

I still do it to this day, and I graduated high school in 2004.

And I thought my high school was bad We had a bit more people in total than yours but they at least divided us into 4 groups not 3

My high school was big like that. There was 800 students in my graduating class. But it was an open campus so most everyone left during lunch and ate off campus. In 2015 when they closed the campus 10 restraunts went out of business including a taco bell and a burger king.

I think it was rare for students to be allowed outside the school property except maybe seniors? I switched schools after sophomore year so I never experienced being a senior there but I remember during finals work hearing about students going to the ice cream place down the road.

At my school you could leave campus during breaks if you were a sophmore and at least 16 years old.

I used to eat fast and a lot as a kid and in hs :") foodie and I used to eat anytime I wanted and had a habit of eating for comfort, now I don't eat after 7-8pm unless special occasion
I still have a big sweet tooth but I eat slower than before and like home cooked meals more~
