If people were interested in a remake, I'd say it's waaay too soon.

But since they're bringing it back now... they could have made a show for something that the series didn't go too in depth about - the First War, Snape but more up close and personal, heck maybe even Hermione's experience as a Muggle-born. Could give a deep dive into these other magic schools around the world.

There are more stories to tell in the WW that they don't really have to just remake HP.

I always thought it would have been super cool to see a series of HP from Hermione's perspective. The whole timetravel thing in book 3, the struggles she had not being understood by the other two boys, keeping up with studies, etc.

The original had such a great cast.
