You get trophies when you reach a specific archivement, like a certain amount of posts or threads
Every trophy is worth points and with your points you can buy frames for your display picture or enter raffles

Okay so for trophys, yes there is a master list of of all the trophys you can get

You can earn trophies by carrying out different actions. This page shows a list of the trophies that are available.
