Specifically starfruit poisoning (and maybe others). Starfruit poisoning can happen if someone consumes too much starfruit (wow), especially people with kidney issues. Someone with kidney problems could get seizures, mental confusion, or even death with less than one starfruit (though it’s not common). In people without kidney issues, it would take more to have effects. However, even if you don’t get star fruit poisoning, you can get kidney damage by eating starfruit.
