Today my 2 threads will be about history :uwu:

So here’s the first fact: Mansa Musa was the leader of Mali. At the time he inherited the empire it was already wealthy. However, he made it wealthier through trade expansion. On a pilgrimage to Mecca, he spent and gave away so much gold in Egypt that the value of gold dropped for 12 years.
