Welcome to the latest edition of Hot Air Balloon!

We had a wave of big releases by Nct dream's pre-album single and Kang Daniel's comeback.
I personally really enjoyed Kim Jaehwan's comeback and album, it's fun, bright, and just up my alley.
Moreover, Triples - Krystal Eyes and Lun8 released promoting videos for some solid b-sides
(and, thankfully, triples can promote it on music shows!)

I don't like Broken Melodies - they sound great and I love that pre chorus and some of the notes, but the chorus feels very anticlimactic (it builds up to it like it's gonna go somewhere and then kinda doesn't. The choruses have not been hitting for me on several Dream songs in a row. I had that problem with Best Friend Ever too - the chorus felt flat and chanty and not in a fun way - after a shimmering prechorus) and it feels very familiar, like someone stuck Hello Future in a blender with Rainbow. (FWIW, I don't like Hello Future either altho I do like Rainbow)

I don't think I've ever liked a Kang Daniel song and nothing has changed with this mid-90s alt rock tinged track.

I liked the Kim Jae Hwan song! The bside is cute. I've never heard of this guy.
I liked the lapillus song too and I haven't liked anything by them.
Didn't care for Jay (high,thin nasal voice),
Loved the TVXQ song.
Didn't care for Triple S, although well made and vocals are good.
didn't care for Lun8
Overdrive was disappointing to me. I don't think it works well. I've been really disappointed with the Monsta X solos. Your bside choice is nice - I'm just not really a fan of his voice here and the autotune effects. (Same prob with the tt)
I didn't like the higher pitch on her other song, but I like this Yena song. I don't think I'd add to playlists tho.
Throwback: I don't usually like Girls Generation songs, but I liked this one!! I didn't see it on Spotify.

Former member of wanna one, just skimmed through his singles and it seems more acoustic so the album seems like a new step for him. Honestly hoping he continues with the sound.
