they say I am very, especially these past few days I am not hearing things people say sometimes.....

I am as such that I am always forgetting every little thing.
I have tried battling it to some degree.

But it keeps rearing its ugly head again and again.

I have to write everything down or be written down. (it's that frequent and occurring)

Lost in my own thoughts doesn't help things either.

Depends on situation, but I guess I start thinking my own things sometimes too much in social situations . It can be bit rude, I try to stop it.

I zone out a lot whenever people talk to me and especially when it's something important.
