Truthfully, how are you?

I will be better after this coming Monday. I have a big speech coming up and I haven't started work on it. This is my midterm speech and I'm incredibly worried for how it'll go, so worried that I can't try and work on it today. I hope that I feel better tomorrow and can get some work done before I present. Aside from that, I feel tormented about my higher education. I'm working hard to do this but in the end I will see no results... I want to give up.

Terrible, physically and mentally. I’ve been sick for the past four weeks, and this morning I threw up, so thats fun 😀 As for mentally, I should be happy but I’m struggling to pick myself up. My grouo therapy sessions have stopped so that may have something to do with it. The intrusive thoughts keep invading my mind

It’s definitely not covid because I’ve tested three times. I don’t know what it is, mostly just have a lot of congestion. The sessions are completely over, I need to either seek another group or try individual sessions but its hard to find something that’s through my school (I can’t afford it any other way) and works around my schedule
