Last night I had such a hard time sleeping. I was so confused why. Until I got up in the morning, thought about how I felt for a second, and realized I must have forgotten my sleeping meds last night I get a very specific feeling when I don’t take them, I don’t know how to describe it but the second I feel it I know. i used to take sleeping meds when i was younger bc i had a hard time falling asleep, but my parents would instantly regret it bc i would be in such a deep sleep, it would be almost impossible to get me to wake up the next morning ;-;
