yeah, I couldn't remember what it was for, but it wasn't bad
I think it was a check up or smth

oh, it was BAD. It was in 2002 (I was sixteen) and I was at a summer camp four hours away from home with no pads, no tampons, and no pain meds on me. Luckily for me, it was the last day of camp, but I was in excruciating pain and had to suffer until my dad picked me up and could get me to a convenience store to buy pads and Midol.

That must have been just horrible does it still hurt like that now?

At least I only need to worry about the cramp part. Don't have any other symptoms

Omg the pain if you did that I once forgot to put the sticky wings under, because the teacher was rushing us out of the bathroom (we were doing standardized testing).

Easy, I barely bleeded and had no pain. Things changed in a year or so, sadly.

pretty chill - especially because i already knew what they were, why they happened, how to use a pad, etc. i was 11. i found a tiny brown stain on my underwear (unfortunately that was probably the only thing i didn't really know - that it usually starts with just a bit of spotting, and that dried-up blood usually looks brown). told my mom, and she was like "well that's probably your period, here's a pad." my first period went on for a good week or so, now they're much shorter - just about 4-5 days. a lot more painful though :(

I was drying the dishes and suddenly I felt this rush of liquid that I have never felt before (sorry if that was too gross and descriptive). I sat on the toilet for nearly 30 minutes and then my mom asks me if I “fell in”. I just didn’t want to bleed everywhere so I was scared to stand up (even with a pad).

Yeah she did (and thankfully so, my dad would not have been. He gets terrified at the sight of a pad and calls them gross.)
