apparently even non lactose milk is what im also allergic 2 so ill drink all types of milk lolnot allergy, but lactose intolerance is basically skill issue
I c I c im surprised tho bc I drink milk without lactose and im fineDrink no cows milk for 3 years and you’ll stop being allergic
No but the funny thing is I was also allegedly allergic to cows milk (barely). I avoided milk for a few years before starting to drink it a bit and now I don’t have any issuesBut developing milk allergies and outgrowing milk allergies is actually not uncommon at all
Are you sure you’re allergic and not lactose intolerant? Generally people allergic to milk don’t have any reaction to the lactose (unless they’re both lactose intolerant and allergic). Both lactose intolerance and milk allergies can cause problems with drinking milk, but they’re not the same, and lactose free milk doesn’t generally allow people allergic to milk to drink it because the problem (protein) is usually still present.I c I c im surprised tho bc I drink milk without lactose and im fine
well I went to the doctors bc I have a chronic problem and the doctor said I should do a allergy test and it came back positive that I am allergic to cows milk for the longest time I thought I am lactose intolerant whenever I drink regular milk my stomach hurts and then I end up having diarrhea but without lactose im fineAre you sure you’re allergic and not lactose intolerant? That’s a bit weird because allergic reasons aren’t to lactose, they’re to proteins, and lactose free milk has proteins just the same as non lactose milk. Could you be both, and maybe the combination of two is enough to have stomach problems, but not just the allergy on its own? If you don’t mind sharing, did you do a skin test for the allergy test, or another thing?well I went to the doctors bc I have a chronic problem and the doctor said I should do a allergy test and it came back positive that I am allergic to cows milk for the longest time I thought I am lactose intolerant whenever I drink regular milk my stomach hurts and then I end up having diarrhea but without lactose im fine
