from the picture you look cool toned, but it could also be the lighting.

Yes the best lighting to judge it with is natural daylight (but not in direct sunlight) to me you look quite cool but the veins still have a hint of olive to them so you could be neutral leaning on the cool side.

There's still plenty other ways of being able to tell but these ones are the ones i'm most familiar with, so u can try out any method you may find online and that will help you be more certain~

Looks cool imo but if it's hard to figure under sunlight could mean you are mix of both and pull off everything like both silver n gold
