How do u make ur ramen? (1 Viewer)

What flavour do u usually go for? Do you add anything in?


I usually have chicken flavour but I usually pick a brand that has better noodles rather than better flavour bc the flavour packets are all bland af so I normally add in a dash of soy sauce anyway, and then u crack an egg in there to make it more of a meal!

Fun fact: there was a ramen video on facebook once where someone cracked an egg in at the end and someone in the comments was just disgusted that someone would put a 'raw' egg in their noodles... as if the pot wasn't still boiling in the video when it was cracked in

I always get the spicy one (the spicier the better) and the Nongshim brand. Sometime I get the Japanese brand.
I prefer to boil the water myself. Sometime I put meatball (the one you put in pho) and beef and boil egg on top. Sometime I put sausage or cheese. One thing I always do is put sriracha in my ramen and sometime I add a bit of garnish like green onion. Sometime I use the ramen to just make stir fry noodle also.

U put a lot of effort into making a good ramen and I respect that, I wish I could put more work into making mine better like this
I can't go too spicy tho... If a Korean brand ramen says spicy on the pack then it's gonna be too spicy for me, sometimes even if it doesn't say spicy anywhere it'll be more than I can handle. My dad bought me one of the Samyang 2x spicy ones a while ago cuz he thought it would just be like the western level of spice, it's been in the cupboard about a year now because I refuse to destroy my tastebuds like that. Scary...

I usually get the spicy chicken one or veggie and eat it with nothing else I try to not get the spiciest out there, but I don't add anything on top. No egg, no extra meat, I just eat it how it is

I get the spiciest ramen I can find and just follow the instructions without adding anything else to it, I’d be scared I’d somehow ruin it.

yeah meant the vegetarian option. tho I did see something with only veggies too
