I completely shut down when I'm stressed and it's silly but those space videos where they compare how big everything is in comparison to earth, like the stars and galaxies and stuff, it calms me down :") I catch myself like you're stressing when everything doesn't even amount to a speck of dust in this universe

Not really. It just means I don't focus, stop being on task, and might not talk to people. I retreat to by myself into my own space.

Depending on how much stress I feel, I'll sometimes break down and cry and/or throw a hissy fit over the smallest things. Like, the week I had to testify for my sexual assault case, I was so stressed and nervous even after the fact, that I ended up taking it out on @Vikki over a Jungkook card I'd thought she still had bc she hadn't edited the thread after trading him away. lol I very rarely act that extreme when something doesn't go my way, so you can imagine how stressed I felt that week.
