By colour. Sometimes if theres a multiple colours I’ll match with one. Or I’ll do a complete contrast like yellow woth purple

I don't need to worry abour colour since that is the simplest thing in the book, so texture/print ? it cannot be too busy, but also plain. and it's hard to get things to not clash. but hey, anything for fashion ! :)

When I leave the house, I mostly wear black pants, so I try to do interesting things with my tops: if I'm wearing a solid top, I'll pick up its color in my sweater; last Tuesday, I went to the office wearing black pants, a purple-and-white gingham button-up shirt, and a purple/black/gray abstract-design sweater vest.
