Opps i guess im sleepy lol. I didnt see the "how". The only thing i do which sets it apart is add olive oil. I acquired that after living in Italy.

us indians (like me, nina, and harmony) would more often than not be caught boiling it or using a pressure cooker i honestly don't know a lot of people who use rice cooker

and yeah some indians are very serious about rice! i'm bengali and us bengalis are pretty much as serious about rice as a lot of east asians. same goes for a lot of indians from other coastal states, or from the other eastern regions. it's a different story in the north (where i live) where most people prefer wheat

same in china - the northern part of china don't eat much rice - they consume a lot of flour (wheat) products such as buns and noodles etc etc
