Honestly the majority of my friends here were the ones to approach me first so I got zero tips tbh. Discord is an easy way to chat with others as well but I still get nervous talking to others there, even if I’ve known some for years. I think making friends here just happens naturally tbh, also don’t be afraid to just randomly DM someone and chat, most people here are more than happy to talk with you .
