meh-ish. i know the hellish period of my life is around the corner - the first quarter of the year. which is when we have our finals (i'm in school). so i'm hopeful yet idk if i'll do well in them

my birthday's around the corner too, and it's giving me a bit of anxiety rn (turning 18 in early feb)

i'm currently in my penultimate year of high school, and i'm studying english, history, sociology, maths, and economics! maths gives me the most trouble, though i need to take it cause eco (and tbh it has helped me so)

december is always the hardest month to get through, I feel bad through all of it and am rarely doing well but I push it down and deal with it in my own way because usually everyone is bright and cheery and I'd like to not drag anyone else down or make it a big deal, I need to be busy and have my schedule otherwise I can't function, I don't know what it is about holidays and the whole holiday period that makes me feel worse than usual, especially toward the end of the year
