for some reason my internet has started slowing by 3 in the evening and then stops working completely, it slowed now which means it will be fully over soon

For a few hours: nice, let's have a mini digital detox.
For a few days: I have enough older GOG games to play (you can play them offline). I get a bit nervous, but I'm still ok...

All jokes aside, I would probably just read a lot, work out, and take a lot of walks. That's what I do when I'm not on the internet usually.
But there's also cellular data on my phone so I could easily combat no internet.
