Running, 'calming down' while hiking, working out also helps. Listening to especially hard and loud music too (for example Metalcore), but I need to be active while listening to it. Running while listening to Metalcore helps clearing my head!

Well I exaggerated a bit, I do sometimes get angry. And to some level it does stay. but most of it just vanishes for me pretty quick as long as I’m no longer in that situation. That being said in the past I got unreasonably mad often, but I was at least lucky enough to realize it was unreasonable and knew not to act on it. That kind of anger has passed through completely.

Parkway Drive, Architects, Trivium, Motionless In White, Bad Omens, Imminence, Memphis May Fire, The Amity Affliction, ERRA. Ice Nine Kills are especially interesting if you like a serial killer concept. TesseracT, they play a mix of Prog Metal, Djent, Metalcore.
