Do you say "Two Thousand Twenty-Three" or "Twenty Twenty-Three"?

I say Two Thousand Twenty-Three because it's the right one

It's 20-20-3 for me! I've always pronounced the 2010s-2020s like that.
It's only when I'm talking about different decades "2000s" "2010s" "2020s" that I'll actually say "two-thousand" or any year in the 2000s for that matter.
