tell a teacher that I’m uncomfortable with all her remarks?
Basically my Science teacher complains like ten minutes each class about how the whole LGBTQ+ movement makes her classes harder to teach (even though she barely teaches lmao. Only a half of the class ever knows what’s going on and they teach the rest of the class) since she can’t use her analogies anymore. And it’s really frustrating since I want to learn? Like a friend and I were trying to ask her a question and she starts ranting how she’ll get in trouble if someone rattled and so forth but continues to rant anyways and we had to literally stay after class to ask that question. We waited 15 minutes in class to ask her one question.
And it’s really awkward since I have a lot of friends who belong in the LGBTQ+ but I don’t want to tattle? Like props to her for at least changing her analogies, but I find it offputting how she treats people’s sexualities (and feminism I guess since she ranted a bit about that) like it’s an inconvenience to her?
This is the same teacher who thought that Day6 were gay due to their styling in Shoot Me.
