I like to keep up with the current news but ngl some of them give me unnecessary anxiety. I still keep up time to time but not on a daily basis

I dont read daily or much but one day I will have to to keep up with important things and each time, its gonna make me sad and feel like the world is garbage I will need someone to cuddle and a large stack of cute couple videos and a puppy to play with
