How group positions should be done.. (1 Viewer)

Ok the whole group positions annoy me...

So im making my own...
feel your bias groups to my positions :]
I only did 7 as it the standard group size if your group bigger than 7 they will just be landed with [dancer/ vocalist / rapper ] as when you start adding main vocalist etc it gets confusing that why i done this not every member needs a set position

some members can have multiple positions i.e leader = voice of the group = personality of the group = face of the group


Leader = Im ok with this one as this normally the member who looks after the members and will introduce the members etc

Voice of the group = This member can be vocalist or rapper this member has unique sound to there voice what makes them stand out to other groups

Lead vocalist = This member has the strongest vocals and will be given the difficult notes, This member will be the leader of the vocal line supporting them with vocals and helping the group improve.

Lead Rapper = This member is the strongest rapper within the group, This member will be the leader of the rappers within the group.

Lead Dancer = This member will the best dancer within the group and the leader of dance helping all the members improve there dance skills

Personality of the group = this member is the one that brings the group to life, the jokester of the group

Face of the group = This member is the member with a unique face or very attractive this member does not need to be a visual this member could of been well known before debuting this member is the most recognisable member of the group.​

Imho the leader should depend on the group focus

If its vocal group, the leader is the main vocal
If its dance oriented, then the leader is the center

And if its hip hop, the rapper that writes the lyrics ofc

i was going add song writer but it not in every group so i was kinda going for a format what worked with any type of group

I honestly would say that the one with the most leadership skill should be the leader. A leader needs to be able to take charge and think of ways to beeter the teamwork in a group.
