I've noticed that people who have social media are a lot happier when they don't post things and just use it for their interests compared to someone who posts often. I think it's the tiredness of trying to keep up and hate comments can take a major toll on someone's mental health.

Yeah true. I think it's also the fact that for some people who either has no followers or only has their friends following them that feel happier that way too. If it's the other way round, then I can see why that can feel quite pressuring too as you can potentially lose some followers along the way if you don't meet that person's expectations.

Good and bad, because of access to internet, I found places to make online friends when I had none irl and I'm glad that I'll always have friends due to social media but it's also horrible because I WASTE HOURS of precious time on it, it's a bad addiction, if I had irl distractions, I would stop being on so much

Almost none, last time I had a social media account was in my late 20's. This forum is as close as I get to social media. Although sometimes I wish I could follow groups and idols but it doesn't seem worth it to see the bad stuff.

if you'd follow only the groups and idols offical accounts, nothing bad could happen

But given how clumsy you often are, you would probably end up following some fake accounts and get into a lot of drama
