On a scale of 1-10 + and your fav spicy food

for me I’d say maybe a 5-6
I can eat spicy sichuan and I love spicy wontons

I used to love spice a little too much so I get stomach cramps if I overdo it these days, I might have damaged my stomach lining. I think the hottest thing I ever had was Trinidad Scorpion Butch T peppers which was the hottest pepper in the world at the time (not anymore). My stomach will not allow me to eat things like that anymore although I still enjoy the taste and sensation of really spicy foods otherwise.

I can eat things like Tabasco and Spanish Pepper fine for the most part but when you push past that my stomach starts to act up but sometimes I just do it anyway, as long as I don't go super crazy the pain will pass within a couple of hours.

Spicy food is a godsent for your sinuses if you have rhinitis, I love being able to breathe through my nose even if it's just a for a little while.
