And not overthink everything. I feel lile my insecurity has single handedly ruined my life, career and love wise.

The best advice I got was to, when it got to overwhelming, focus on breathing and the present. As silly as it sounds. I don't feel half as stressed as I was last year and my thoughts are a bit more under control. Though the same method doesn't work for everyone and if it becomes or is already a regular occurence I suggest reaching out to at least someone you trust well to talk about it, even if they aren't a professional. I wish you to find what works for you! It's hard, but it's true that it gets better.

Even if you could, wouldn't it be hard to pinpoint the moment? Many moments shape the person you are today, I think it's best for you to not regret the past and move forward instead. Though I wish I could do the same sometimes!
