How many alarms do you set? (1 Viewer)

^ As the title says

I used to make sure that I set at least 3 because I always had a hard time staying awake and actually getting up to get my day started. But, lately I’ve been able to wake up right away with just one alarm.

good strategy! I have a tendency to accidentally sleep in, so I could use something like that!

I usually only set one and just wake up whenever if I don't heed the alarm... but @SUNFLOWER actually had a good idea that I think I'll start tonight.

Like 3-4 because I have slept through an alarm before. Having only one alarm gives me anxiety.
