Now that it's gotten cold, I switched out my summer down to my heavier winter down and laid out the throw blankets everywhere.



Because we like to stay cozy.

Vikki has the right idea. It's not about warmth it's the weight too. Even in summer I have to many blankets because I need the weight or I can't sleep.

I like them most of the time. The times I don’t like them are me wanting to be lazy though and wanting to chuck it somewhere and as you can imagine that’s not easy when it weighs however many pounds it does The weight is nice though, I don’t require it for sleep but I use it some days because why not. Maybe it would work for you because I imagine it’s probably less hot in summer than a stack of normally weighted blankets. Especially where you live, I’d die having to use blankets in summer here, let alone more in your area. Unless you’re immune to heat which I guess it wouldn’t be a problem then
