I would really like to have 1 kid because its a lot easier to take care of, less stress too
Two is fine too since I likely would stay at home all day, question is will I be a good mother? ​

I’m just not a fan, never have been except when I was really little and thought having kids was amazing. Then I grew and and realized it’s not for me.

That's cool and totally fine, adopting seems fun
We can always improve ourselves for the better, just do your best and take good care of them

It's not about whether or not I can handle it. It's more about if I still want it -- talking about the "I don't know" part.
