I speak English and I am at an intermediate level in Spanish.
I've been taking Spanish courses for nearly 5 years in high school alone (I took a high school-level Spanish 1 class in 8th grade bc it was an option) and I love it so much. There are only about 23 students in my class that made it all the way to AP Spanish 5 out of the whole school so yay! (I mean, anyone who completed Spanish IV could take it but so many people were like "I'm done" after that which is completely understandable and still amazing)
I'm certified in the language as a second one because I took my state's Seal of Biliteracy test last year and passed it.
But after all this time, I still can't speak very well in the language
And I'm learning Korean on Duolingo. My toxic trait is thinking that I can get good enough at it to take the Seal of Biliteracy test for it in the spring LOL
