In some places people only have 2 legal names (generally first name and surname), in others it’s normal for your legal name to have many names. So in your country, how many names do you legally have? You certainly don’t need to write them all out (I personally wouldn’t advise it), just the number is fine.

In the US I only have 2 official names, first and last. I have 3 official names in Russian though, first, patronymic, and last. A patronymic name is kind of like a middle name but you don’t choose it, it’s based on your gender (in Russian at least) and your fathers name.
