When I was young I used to get jet lagged for sure, but now I feel like I’ve gotten relatively resistant to it. Of course the time differences I experience aren’t as extreme as they could be, so maybe with larger ones I would struggle, but for the last trips I’ve taken with real time differences (4 hours, 6 hours, and 7 hours), I went to sleep and woke up within 1-2 hours as normal from day one, regardless of how much sleep I got (or, more accurately, failed to get) on the flights. There are factors that could help I suppose, such as the fact that I have sleeping medication to help sleep. But I’m also not complaining. It’s always convenient to not be tired at inopportune times imo
