I’m yawning all day constantly, when driving back from somewhere it was at a rate of once per minute for the end (I was checking the time left to get back constantly). But if I don’t take my sleeping meds it takes me ages to fall asleep and I keep waking up

well, if u take sleeping meds its the normal result u get. u wont be able to sleep normally anymore.
