Yeah, quite sure most of us spend time on phone in the morning how much time are you on your phone in the morning?

If I'm working, not much 5-10 minutes, but if I don't... I can stay hours

i dont have my phone with me in bed. i have to physically get out of bed and go to my desk in the opposite corner of the room to get it. so 0 seconds

Honestly, it depends. If it's on work days mostly somewhere between 10 and 15 minutes. If it's on the weekend or my days off then it's somewhere between 1 and 3 hours 😂

Same... if i don't have lot of time before working not that much but if i happened to wake up too early but not early enough i'd try to just get back at sleep it might be a hour xd
