How often do you “clean out” your emails? (1 Viewer)

On my one email address I had unread emails as far back as 2020

I also had over 6000 unread emails ​

I have had that email address for many years now, and I have never deleted a single email.

For me I need to clean them all the time. I hate the feeling of backed up emails

I dont know how to clean my outlook, I just use it to sign in to places and never care to touch it for any other reason
