It varies but I would say on average once a week, I try to eat relatively healthy and healthy food expires quickly. If I stock up I find myself looking for a reason to stretch my leg or grab a snack anyway and the store is only a 2 minute walk from here.

Like 1 to 2 times a week for actual grocery shopping. But i do the occasional grab a box of crackers and an Olipop (or Poppi, whichever is on sale) 2 times a week (I live across the street from my local supermarket ).
