i usually remember them the moment i wake up, but if i don't recap the whole thing when i'm awake enough, i'll usually forget about it by midday.

I only remember my dreams about 2-3 times in my life(at least for longer than a day after i dream it, i forget most of my dreams upon waking up-except for those few 2-3 times; in fact i can only remember 1 dream rn-which i kinda made myself remember, nit a bad dream tho it's kinda memorable)
