How often does it snow where you live? (1 Viewer)

It's snowing right now in the UK! I can see it outside my window (the reason i'm making this thread eke) To be honest this is the first time i've seen it properly snow here in years, although the snow is wayyy to light to actually set anywhere I haven't even seen this much for a few years. It doesn't help that i'm as south as it gets in the UK so even if I see on the news that it's meant to snow like crazy they're usually talking more mid or north than where I am. It's meant to be the last day it snows today so I am sad that it didn't really set properly (only one frosty morning but really it was quite pitiful) but I am happy that it's snowed for the first time in so long!

I haven't experienced snow yet

Thanks! I really want to experience it.

It's really pretty to see even if it doesn't lay on the ground properly, although an untouched blanket of snow everywhere is a spectacle in of itself! 10/10 would recommend at least once!

I haven't seen it in a few years until yesterday. It's snowed in other parts of the UK but I live like almost the most south you can get in the UK so it's even rarer here, it used to snow a bit more often than that before tho, like once a year or maybe twice if we were lucky lmao

Here in the Philippines, it's either sunny or rainy. I never experienced a really cold weather, not even below 20 degrees.

I think that's nice too! In the UK we get lil hints of snow, and the occasional heatwave in summer but other than that it's often just mildly cloudy and boring

It doesn't snow exactly where I live but it snows a lot at a distance that takes around 3-4 hours of driving.

Every winter, maybe 1-3 times

Never.

It's absolutely BLIZZARDING as we type! Has been for the past few hours, and I'm probably going to have to cancel my hair appointment tomorrow. I was really looking forward to it, too - I would've been getting blonde highlights. :(

Here in Massachusetts, USA it snows quite often every winter. The snowfall record for Boston (for an entire winter season) is 108 inches of snow.

[Yili]

If it does snow it'll snow a couple times a year during the winter but some years we go with no snow at all
