I get stressed easily tbh. I will be fine for a while but once I reach a point I completely crash. The worst I had was when I started my A-Levels( ABI). I got too stressed and overworked with homework that I crashed one evening and just couldn't.
that's why balance is so important to me

No, i totally feel you. My roommate and i recently got another roommate and oh my god they're so messy i come down to put a bowl in the dishwasher and ugh when I see the roommate left their bowls in the sink to soak and then promptly forgot, i just get sooooo anxious like what am i supposed to do. if i don't put them in the dishwasher for them it may seem rude but i don't want to deal with this person too ughdjkdf

Omg I hate touching other ppls dishes like even if I didn't mind doing their shit for them I still couldn't bring myself to touch it, even when my mum or dad asks me to take their plate to the kitchen i'm literally shivering in disgust and i gotta wash my hands for at least 30 seconds
